The Prodoc Knowledge Base is moving

In a big clean up and streamline effort, we’re now moving our Prodoc KnowledgeBase to sit adjacent to our Support Ticketing platform on FreshDesk, in a cleaner, faster and easier to navigate platform.

Presently, every article has been simply copied across, including some older, and less relevant information, so regardless of which KB you end up on, you’ll find the same information.

However in time, the new KnowledgeBase will get a big clean up, rewrite, consistent templates and new articles. And will be made more relevant and more informative to our users here in 2024 and beyond (some articles still reference and compare Prodoc 2!)

If manually navigating to our KnowledgeBase, we recommend using the new one.

However the old one is still available on our website, myprodoc.com, and is still the source for the KnowledgeBase search on Prodoc, which will be updated in a future version (not yet decided which or when).
