We are aware of an issue with the NZ Customs TSW system today (13th November). This appears to have prevented responses from being generated.

If you sent an Export Entry between 7am and 9:40am and have not received a response our recommendation is to resend the entry as it does not appear responses will arrive for requests during that time period.
